"Return was fine, but nobody seemed to own the refund"
I sent back a jersey because it didn’t fit, and the return process itself was easy enough. The annoying part was waiting on the refund. It took longer than I expected, and it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for getting it sorted once the return was received. Not a horrible experience, just slower and more unclear than it needed to be...

I ordered a Real Madrid shirt and, it looks legit to me. The tags, badge, stitching, and material all match up with my other adidas jerseys, so no complaints there.
I’m only knocking it down because shipping dragged on a few extra days, which annoyed me because I’m not exactly patient with waiting around. The fit was also a bit slimmer than I expected, but overall I’m still happy with it

I just ordered my usual size and honestly... it fit exactly how I hoped!! No random tight spots or weird bunching anywhere, which is always a relief. Happy with it!!!

I had a little issue with an update on my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me fast, answered what I needed to know, and fixed the problem without making it a big thing. It did take one extra email to fully clear up, but not a big deal. Overall, good experience.

"Poor Quality-ZERO Customer Service!"
I've tried to contact the Worldsoccershop by phone-they don't pick up! I was on hold for over an hour, finally I hung up and sent an e-mail. Back story ordered a Bukayo Saka Arsenal 25/26 Third Jersey by adidas Item RV7025726003 in a Large. The website states the jersey is not eligible for returns as it is a "kit." Fine but if it's defective I want my $$ back! It fits more like a small/medium, second issue the hem seam is unravelling. I expect a little better quality for $139.99! I would have been better off buying a knock off in the parking lot at a game for $30, so disappointed.

"The shirt was fine, but the shipping dragged"
Ordered the shirt and then kind of just waited. And waited. Tracking barely moved, so I kept checking it like, okay... where is this thing? It finally showed up later than expected. The shirt itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But the delivery part was frustrating.
